Inventory

At Vickers Western Store, product inventory is kept at both the Pocatello and Idaho Falls store locations. We make every effort to keep our online catalog up-to-date with the physical inventory in the stores. However, we carry thousands of products by hundreds of manufacturers in many different categories ranging from blue jeans to saddles, western themed home decor to rodeo gear. Currently, it is impossible to keep our online catalog perfectly in-sync with the store's inventory. Therefore, products may sell out in the stores before an update can be made to the online catalog.

Out of Stock

If you purchase a product online that has been sold out we will contact you immediatly to inform you that this product is "out of stock". We will then inquire if you would like us to order said product from the manufacturer. This process will add to the time it will take to get the product shipped to you. You will be charged only for the shipping from our store to your address.

Discontinued

Some products may become discontinued by the manufacturer. In this case we will notify you immediatley that the product you ordered is out of stock and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Your order will then be canceled.
