Shipping

At Vickers Western Store, we never charge a handling fee. All shipping costs are real time UPS (domestic) or USPS (international) rates, plus packaging. If the product is available in our inventory, we try to complete the transaction and ship the product to you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated through either the USPS website or the UPS website according to the product's estimated weight. Occasionally, shipping estimates factor to be higher in checkout than in reality. If this is the case, we will contact you about the difference and only charge you the actual shipping cost, so there is a chance you will be paying slightly less for shipping your product to you.

International Shipping Issue

We've been having continual difficulty with our international shipping calculations. When a purchase is made outside the United States, payment is processed via PayPal and shipping is calculated through USPS. The problem being that, no matter what USPS shipping method a customer chooses, the method is changed to "Global Express" during the PayPal interaction. This causes most customers to abandon the transaction.

If you choose to complete the transaction, we will contact you about less expensive shipping options and, if you choose to continue with an updated shipping method, we will refund your PayPal account the difference.

We hope to rectify this issue as soon as possible so that we may continue to provide service to customers all over the world.
